Sarah began working for Ascot Vet Surgery in late 2012 as a training Veterinary Nurse. Sarah has always wanted to have career working with animals and has a professional interest in both medical and surgical nursing as well as a passion for Animal Physiotherapy.

Sarah is extremely enthusiastic in all aspects of her role and is looking forward to studying Veterinary Nursing in the future. Sarah loves her three fury babies; Rocky her 7 year old cattle dog x bull terrier, Lola the feisty Burmese kitten and Puss her gorgeous Burmese cat and best friend of 19years (pictured).

Katharine began working for our team at Ascot Veterinary Surgery at the age of 16 as our weekend hydro-bather. After graduating from St Margaret’s AGS in 2008, Katharine commenced studies at the University of Queensland before moving across to Queensland University of Technology to study a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) majoring in English and Geography.

Katharine has always had a passion for animals and wishes to complete a law degree in coming years. Focusing on Animal and Criminal Law, Katharine’s goal is to make a difference to the lives of those animals that need that extra bit of help.

Marie joined the team at Ascot Vet Surgery in early 2012. Marie came to Australia in 2007 from Sweden, where she was doing an apprenticeship in the horseracing industry. After moving to Australia Marie started working as a professional dog groomer which lead her into veterinary nursing and she is now studying her certificate IV.

Marie loves all aspect of nursing and brings passion, care and understanding to your beloved pet.

Marie is the proud owner of Abey the excitable Staffy, Bambam the goofy Labradoodle and Sven the pesky Devon Rex cat pictured here with Marie.
